    Genevieve Mann is Assistant Professor at Gonzaga University School of Law where she teaches and is the Director of the Elder Law Clinic. She also directs the Thomas More Scholarship Program. Prior to joining the faculty full-time, Professor Mann was an adjunct for eight years while in private practice. She was the Managing Attorney at the Unemployment Law Project in Spokane from June 2012-June 2014. Prior to that, she worked for Powell, Kuznetz & Parker, representing employees in cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation. She has also practiced in the areas of family and housing law in private practice and with the Northwest Justice Project. Professor Mann is admitted to practice in Washington State and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Prior to law school, Prof. Mann received a Master of Social Work from Boston College. She was trained in general mediation as well as transformative mediation. She worked as a child welfare mediator and adoption social worker.
